We reserve the right to deny anyone the right to advertise on WHB without further explanation.

We reserve the right to make modifications to our advertising layout, design, options and or pricing at any time as deemed necessary without prior notice to our advertisers.

We do not warrant that there will be any links, any traffic, and in turn any revenue generated from advertising on WHB.

 

Your payment must be received prior to your advertising with us. Once payment is received, your ad will go live online. We currently accept only check and money order as form of payment and can accept PayPal as well if you prefer to pay via credit card.

 

We reserve the right to remove any ad if we receive notice of insufficient funds and in the event that the site owner receives a notification that the advertising is claimed to infringe on the rights of a third party.

 

If for any reason you no longer wish to advertise with us at any time during the duration of your advertising contract with us, refunds cannot be provided for the remaining time on your contract. If you should have another business that you would like to promote on our site for the duration of your ad period, we do not have a problem with switching the ad as long as it meets our criteria for acceptable businesses.
