Whispering Hills Blog is an information resource created in 2006 that serves Whispering Hills Residents (Chester NY).
After evaluating the anemic online presence of Whispering Hills (which does not currently have a Website) we took on the challenge of creating an alternative information resource.
This Site was launched in November 2008 after about six months of development and replaced our old Website (launched in 2006) that was outdated and limited in functionality.
