Whispering Hills Blog is DEDICATED to restoring Civil and Constitutional rights to all individuals living in Whispering Hills in Common Interest Communities & elsewhere as provided under the United States Constitution and Federal Laws, to change State Statutes through the legislative process, to stop intrusive and punitive actions, stop misuse of and to protect homeowners funds, limit the powers of abusive Board of Directors in Associations and expose abuses to homeowners.

 

Whispering Hills Blog  is an information resource created in 2006 that serves Whispering Hills Residents (Chester NY).

 

After evaluating the anemic online presence of Whispering Hills (which does not currently have a Website) we took on the challenge of creating an alternative information resource.

 

This Site was launched in November 2008 after about six months of development and replaced our old Website (launched in 2006) that was outdated and limited in functionality.
